Delivery & Exchange Policy

We customize each order individually, to your specific measurements and framing of choice.  Each artwork will then always meet your needs. We produce and hand make the artwork in Denmark. So please note that in our delivery times.

Delivery time depends on your location. Delivery in Denmark and Europe is approximately 2 weeks from when we receive your order. Outside Europe, delivery time is 2-3 weeks from when we received your order.

IMPORTANT REGARDING YOUR RIGHT TO WITHDRAWAL

Please note that your 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to 
customized products.THE WALL MARKET nevertheless chooses to give you
a full 8-day right of return, as we have no doubts about the product's
high quality. See the section: "Right of cancellation" in this document.

  • All of our works are customized and special made after your order. Therefore, we do NOT offer refunds on any of our products.
  • If your works arrive damaged you have the option to make an Exchange, please ensure The Wall Market is notified immediately upon receipt. No later than 8 days from the date you received your order. 
  • The customer pays for all shipping costs. 
  • When exchanging your purchase, ensure the item is returned to The Wall Market in the same state and original packaging as when you received it.
  • We access any loss of value.
  • Contact Customer Service at info@thewallmarket.com to request an exchange. Please provide us with your name, email and order number. We gladly offer you a store credit or the possibility of an exchange, with inclusion of 400DKK admin fee, upon receipt of the artworks. Please do not send your purchase back to our warehouse.
